Singam – Great hit !!!
It’s really been a very long time that our movie buffs enjoyed watching a good film. With most of this year’s releases turning to be mere disappointments, Surya’s Singam stands out as a mind-boggling entertainer. Singam has more reasons to watch as the film goes inclusive of entertaining elements. You have everything you expect from a good commercial entertainer. To be precise, you wouldn’t actually agonize that you have spent 2.5hrs keeping an eye on this film. The duo Surya-Hari makes it on for a successful hat trick with Singam as the film proves to be an excellent showpiece.
The film is yet another cat and mouse game between goodie and baddie, but with a different treatment. Musical score by Devi Sri Prasad is fantastic and the song 'Kadhal Vandhale' wins the applause. Cinematography is good at parts and editing adds more speed to the narration. On the flip side, the stunts sequences are bit unbelievable as Surya steps into the shoes of Vijay as they break stones and poles apart with their fist of anger. But the second half has such an interesting screenplay that every audience would be on the edge of their seats. If you're ready to bear few illogical factors like the stunt sequences, you will surely enjoy this film. Make sure, you don't miss it as Singam can be the best treat for this summer. Singam is sure to be one of the best top-drawers of 2010 and the producers will surely be elated as it brings them profits to unexpected levels.

Ravanan - Hit or Flop
The most expected Ravanan is rocking the screens all over the world. Mani Ratnam's latest Raavanan is nowhere in the league of his previous 80s and 90s Tamil classics. Mani Ratnam, one of the film maker, who enjoys the top spot from three decades in Indian cinema, has disappointed the neutral viewers with his newly released film Raavanan. Yes, comparing with his previous Blockbusters like Thalapathy, Nayakan and Mouna Ragam, this modern Raavanan is no where and a boring experience! It seems that the director has completely lost his midas touch and just presented the film with excellent Indian aquatic and forest locations like a documentary video of ‘Incredible India campaign’! In fact there is no perfect story in the film. It looks like Mani has just collected all the news paper cuttings and made his script. It seems that he has simply copied the outlines of the epic Raamayan and mixed it with the modern day Robinhood Veerappan’s story.
The trouble is that the master craftsman, whose films used to work due to its offbeat storyline and unique presentation, has changed his focus to Hindi cinema. In the process he has lost touch with his roots and ends up making a film which does not have strong Tamil nativity or flavour. But having said that, Raavanan is good in parts, an off-kilter cinematic experience. It is technically the finest movie made in recent times, superb camerawork of Santhosh Sivan and Manikandan, never seen before stunning locales (in India) and crisp editing. The major plus is the actors Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, Prithviraj, Prabhu and Karthik are very good and keep us engrossed, but the story and screenplay by Mani Ratnam and Suhasini are a big let down.
To say in one sentence, Raavanan will never feature among Mani Ratnam 10 best films. Nonetheless, it is not to be missed.

TCS
This is my first post and I like to write about my company TCS. TCS is my dream company in my college days and the moment I got placed in TCS gave me a great feeling that I have acheived something. Tcs is a best place to work. They motivate all the freshers and make them comfortable by allocating projects based on the training they had in their ILP(Initial Learning Phase). Even after entering into projects, each team member of almost all projects are supportive and cooperative. It will be bit tough if we are allocated in FT projects but there are very less FT projects and freshers will not be allocated in FT projects. TCS create very good work atmosphere for all associates and it gives a feeling like we are in heaven when we are in office.
